Order & Delivery Info

If an item is in stock and for UK Mainland delivery, your order will usually be processed within 24 hours.
All orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Whilst we hold a stock of most items, some items are made to order, and please allow up to 5 working days for personalised orders to be produced.

During the busy summer period and in December, orders may take longer to process but we aim to ship all orders within 7 working days

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel collection points

Smaller items
Sent via Royal Mail.

Larger items
Sent using a courier service
(If you have supplied us with an email address, tracking information will be forwarded on to you.)

If you require an item to be delivered within a certain time scale or on a specific date there may be extra costs involved.

Occasionally, depending on stock availability, items from orders will be shipped separately. If there is a delay with the delivery of all or part of the order then we will contact you via the email or phone details supplied when you place the order.
