General Terms:
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Tailored Branding Limited. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Tailored Branding will be governed by these terms and conditions. All references to the ‘company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ will refer to Tailored Branding Limited. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.

Prices:
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders:
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure) or telephone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, JCB and Maestro. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery:
We ship to the UK including Northern Ireland only. Postage charges will be clearly displayed when you make your order and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Items ordered will be shipped as soon as possible. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum of thirty days. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time and a full refund given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges:
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Tailored Branding and strive to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate and refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Refunds for items bought by credit/debit card will be refunded back to the payment card. Custom made clothing are non-refundable unless faulty. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please contact us by email or telephone giving details of the fault and then send it back to us together with the item in its original packaging, where possible and your receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the full value. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery.
The cost of returning items to Tailored Branding must be covered by the customer unless the goods were sent in error, or arrived in a faulty condition. The goods should be returned by UK post first class recorded delivery. The maximum refund given for postage fees is £10. All returns must be authorised in advance.

Products:
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Pricing and Print Errors:
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods:
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Tailored Branding until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Security:
We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

We, Tailored Branding Limited are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you.

Use and collection of personal information
In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer and in our cloud based accounting software.
We use third party service providers e.g Royal Mail for shipping and your information will be used on their secure accounts for the purpose of completing orders only. We review the privacy policies of all our third party service providers to ensure they are compliant with GDPR regulations.
